The Bird Seller and The Soldier

One day an English soldier was imprisoned after being defeated by the enemy. He was kept in the jail for many years. He then felt the pain of imprisonment. But one day he was set free before the inelastic time because of his good behaviour and manners. So he decided to return his motherland where is family was.

     When he came nearly his village, he saw a bird seller selling birds. The birds were in a huge cage. He bought all the birds with the cage. Then he opened the cage and gave the bird freedom to fly in the open sky. The bird seller was astonished and asked, "Why are you doing such job sir?"

      The soldier replied, "I was an illfated prisoner, I can understand the pain of the birds."
